I approached this illustration from a reflective point of view, aiming to capture the sense of oppression, discomfort, and societal pressures related to identity and gender. At the same time, I included a personal touch with the rose as a symbol of kindness—here presented in a contradictory, almost violent way.
The artwork was created digitally and published in La Ilustrada in July 2022.
