How can I pay?
I accept secure payments via Stripe with debit/credit cards and PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Prices include applicable VAT/taxes.

Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes, but not through the webshop. Email me at ivanacastellano.work@gmail.com with your order and shipping info. I’ll send an invoice. Please pay within 24 hours and include:

• Name & surname

• Street address or PO Box, City, Country

• Phone number (optional)

All orders are shipped from Zagreb and will be ready 1–3 days after purchase.

Free Pick-up in Zagreb:

• Available at Mandaličina or Sveti Duh tram station 

• I  will contact you to confirm day and time.

Delivery to Croatia:

• Free delivery for orders over 20 €

• Otherwise: Flat rate 2€ via Box Now or Hrvatska Pošta / Paket 24

Rest of Europe (EU countries):

• Free delivery for orders over 30 €

• Otherwise: Flat rate 8 € vía Hrvatska Pošta

Estimated shipping times:

• Croatia: 1–3 days

• EU countries: 3–7 days

Order tracking:
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

For lost or damaged packages, please contact me first so I can help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Delivery & Customs:

• Outside of Europe: local duties/taxes may apply

• All fees during/after shipping are the customer’s responsibility

Who designs the products?
All products are based on my own illustrations. I develop ideas, prototypes, calculate costs, and create the final products, mostly in paper and textiles.

Local production:
Producing locally is very important to me. I put effort into researching and finding the best materials and services in Zagreb and throughout Croatia to ensure quality and support local businesses.

Where do you print fabric?
I print at Caspar-Design using water-based, eco-friendly pigment inks (GOTS certified).

Where is the lavender from?
The lavender I use comes from OPG Kostelić, ensuring top quality and supporting local farmers.

Policy:

• All products are made to order → no refunds or exchanges.

• Wrong item sent? Report within 7 working days. I’ll cover return shipping and deliver the correct item or refund within 15 days.

• Damaged items during shipping? Contact the carrier to file a claim.
